Live happens in the present moment, not in the past or future. It is only in the now that you can take action to achieve your goals, make life-changing decisions, or respond to the current situation.
Happiness can only be created in the present. Love, hate, forgiveness, forgetting, crying, letting go, hoping, and manifesting your dream life can only happen in the present.
In the now, you are FREE from worries about the past and fears about the future. When you stop dwelling on past mistakes and worrying about the future, you free yourself. You regain your power and unlock your full potential. Being mindful makes you unstoppable.
Now

Everything starts in your head. Success and failure. Abundance and lack. Happiness and despair. Are you currently residing in the past, present, or future in your mind? Are you still mourning your previous self and the life before the pandemic? Or do you have worries about what lies ahead?
It is tempting to dwell in these two mental time zones, and I acknowledge that. However, it is more advantageous to live in the present moment. This is especially true when we consider that the present moment is the only moment that truly exists.
We exist in the eternal now, and everything else is either our past or our idea of the future. By fully embracing the present moment, we invite more happiness into our lives. Let go of the past, as it cannot be changed, and stop worrying about the future, as we live in the NOW.
Once we stop criticizing ourselves for past mistakes and fretting about what lies ahead, we free ourselves. We regain our power and become ready to unlock our full potential. When we embrace mindfulness, we become unstoppable.
